Submit artwork for the 2025 Art4SKARTS Juried Art Show & Sale
Skaneateles-area artists working in all mediums are invited to submit artwork for consideration for our 8th Annual Art4Skarts Juried Art Show & Sale. Proceeds from the show will support the SKARTS Grant program, which awards grants of up to $1,000 to local artists and art organizations each year. Submissions start July 1, 2025.
8th Art4SKARTS Juried Art Show & Sale
Opening Reception: Thursday, September 25, 5-8pm
Exhibit & Sale: Friday & Saturday, September 26-27, 10-4pm
Location: Hartlot Happening | 639 Hartlot Road, Elbridge, NY
Submission Guidelines:
Artwork submissions will only be accepted July 1 - August 15, 2025. No late entries will be accepted.
Artists must reside within 15-mile radius of Skaneateles
May submit one or two pieces, no larger than 4’x 4’ and 30 pounds
All artwork must be for sale, and 30% of sales go to the SKARTS Grants fund
Price to submit is $30 per Artist or $10 per Student Artist. Each submission includes one complimentary reception ticket ($60 value) to the opening reception on Thursday, September 25, 2025
Acceptance notifications will go out on August 30, 2025 via email.
All Submissions Must Include:
Artist name, address, email and phone number
A brief artist statement
Title of work, medium, size, price
Digital images of submission(s) (jpeg) via email to skanartscouncil@gmail.com
Payment made on our website or by mailing a check starting July 1, 2025.
Upon Acceptance:
If your artwork is accepted into the show, you will be notified by August 30, 2025.
You will receive more detailed information for labeling artwork in a follow up email.
The drop-off date to Hartlot Happening is Monday, September 22 from10-2pm ONLY. The end-of-show pickup date will be September 27 from 3-5pm.

Conditions of Submitting:
Skarts reserves the right to edit artists’ statements for use on labels, Skarts PR, website, and social media. By submitting an entry, the artists grants permission to Skarts to photograph work for publicity purposes.
