2023 SKARTS Grantee

With their grant funding, Schweinfurth Art Center will have two special Summer Art Camps that focus on building with clay.  These are unique camps that focus solely on working with clay, allowing students to build their skills in sculpture and learn about problem solving when things don't match their vision. Most student camps include hand-building as one activity of many, but they seldom focus entirely on clay, especially for children.
